I moved back to Italy after 15 years of Swedish life, and it has been quite a change, as anyone can imagine; one thing didn't change, though: birches. With my surprise I found a lot of them all around the area I now live and, as in Sweden, they come in a wide range of shapes and shades, as the greatly flexible beings they actually are. So I wasn't surprised when I was able to catch in the same frame two triplets of them in such opposite tones.
