The low sun of late November only manages to heat where it hits perpendicularly; the rime on top of the emerged stems falls like flowers petals, lying intact on the ice waiting for the first snow. A young ice that marks the boundary between the two worlds - the air one and the water one - which will remain solid for the next half of the year.
